Overview

METCAP is a private capital and markets firm based in Tallinn. We manage our own capital, take strategic ownership positions in financial-sector companies, and advise on capital raising and structured financing.

Structured as an investment holding and advisory firm, we combine proprietary capital with capital-markets expertise across four disciplined business lines. Our focus is long-term: disciplined capital allocation, active ownership, and value built without noise.

What we do

Asset Management Management of proprietary capital across fixed income, equities, and selected alternatives, guided by risk frameworks and capital preservation. Private Equity / Credit Long-term strategic positions in financial-sector companies, and secured private-credit instruments built for capital protection. Corporate Finance Capital markets and strategic advisory across equity, debt, and structured financing. Markets Analytical engagement with market structure, liquidity, and institutional financial infrastructure.
