What we process
This is an informational website. It has no user accounts and does not require you to provide personal data to browse it.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics (Plausible) to understand overall site traffic. It does not use cookies, does not track you across websites, and does not collect personal data that identifies you.
Hosting and processors
The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes form submissions and technical server logs on our behalf as a processor. Analytics are provided by Plausible. Where these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, they do so under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy framework.
If you contact us
If you email us or submit one of our forms (contact, corporate finance enquiry, or research subscription), we process the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number and message, solely to respond to you and handle your enquiry. Submissions are delivered to info@metcap.eu and are not used for marketing.
Research updates
If you subscribe to our research, we use your email address to send you our notes, on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.
Legal basis
We process limited data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website and responding to enquiries, and, where you subscribe to our research, on the basis of your consent, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
