Your company on AI. Your numbers right. Your capital raised.

AI operations. Numbers. Presentation. Capital.

Most companies know they should run on AI. Few know how to install it. We do, and quickly: the AI layer across the business, a modern corporate finance function on top, and the capital raised when you need it. Built by people who have done this inside €100M+ balance sheets.

What we do

Four products. Each feeds the next.

01 · AI operations

Everyone says AI will change your business. Here is what that means in practice.

It does not mean your people typing into ChatGPT. It means the routine work of the company, reporting, replying, checking, chasing, done by software that reads your own data, with your people making the decisions. Fewer hours on routine, faster answers, lower cost, and a company that handles more without hiring for it. We install this in weeks, the way we run it inside our own 470-person group.

  • Company AI accounts set up safely: your data stays yours and is not used to train anyone’s model
  • The routine work automated first: monthly reporting, customer replies, document checks, cash tracking
  • Your people trained on the workflows they actually use, not a general AI course
  • One owner, clear rules, and a monthly one-pager on what it saves; EU AI Act paperwork done

What gets installedFour layers, in order
01Safe accountsCompany accounts for ChatGPT, Claude or Grok instead of private ones. Clear rules on what may go where. A record of what was used for what.
02Your data connectedEmail, documents, accounting and CRM readable by the AI, with the same access rights your people already have. No second copy of your data anywhere.
03Helpers in daily workAssistants in Slack, Teams or email that answer from your own data, draft replies, file documents and send reports on a schedule. A person approves anything that matters.
04Your own automationsThe work that is specific to your business, month-end close, credit decisions, customer operations, built as automations that run without anyone pressing a button.
Not included: bookkeeping, a chatbot on your website, fine-tuned models for a 40-person company, open-ended retainers.

How the company presents itself to capital

Capital decides on what it sees. Bank-grade model, IM and teaser, presentation, structured data room and investor page, one consistent story across all of it.

  • Three-statement model that survives credit committee
  • Teaser and IM an analyst can underwrite from
  • Diligence-ready data room
  • Built so any bank, arranger or fund can execute from it
  • Annual reports, investor homepage and concept memos
  • Pitch decks, pitchbooks and investment memoranda, whatever the raise needs

AI-native by design

Built and running in a €100M+ balance-sheet fintech first.

A regulated, audited fintech group with a €100M+ balance sheet already runs on the stack we sell, across product, engineering, data, operations and finance. You are not buying an experiment. You are buying what a sophisticated company already runs, installed by the people who built it.

  • AI agents embedded across the business: product and engineering, data, operations, customer teams and finance
  • Agentic workflows that run real work end to end, from product and data pipelines to month-end and reporting
  • Automated operations under senior review, from data and code to provisioning, covenants and cash, audited to Big-4 standard

Who we work with

From small companies to large enterprises.

AI operations

Any company, any size.

  • A one-person business with no finance team and no IT department
  • A growing company that has outgrown spreadsheets and inboxes
  • An enterprise with systems in place but no AI layer across them
  • A company we also raise capital for, where the finance function is wired first
Numbers · Presentation · Capital

Companies raising capital.

  • Raising debt or equity, refinancing a facility, or facing a bond maturity
  • Deals that need structuring: secured bonds, asset-backed facilities, mezzanine, equity
  • First-time issuers, and financial-sector firms preparing for institutional capital
  • Smaller raises: we do Numbers and Presentation and introduce you to the right capital providers
Questions

Quick answers.

Anything else, ask us directly. A senior member of the team replies.

Who do you work with?

For AI operations, any company, from a one-person business to a large enterprise, anywhere in Europe. For Numbers, Presentation and Capital, companies raising, refinancing or facing a maturity, at any size. Financial-sector firms are a particular focus.

What does AI operations actually cover?

The whole company, not just finance. We install AI agents, workflows and tooling across product and engineering, data, operations, customer teams and finance: safe company AI accounts, your data connected with your existing permissions, assistants in Slack, Teams or email, and automations that run the work specific to your business. Finance is one part of a wider AI operating layer, not the whole of it.

Which models and tools do you use?

We are model-agnostic and use the enterprise tiers of the leading providers, ChatGPT, Claude, Grok and others, chosen per task. We also connect modern, AI-native tooling where it helps, such as bookkeeping, corporate cards and expense management, rather than locking you to a single vendor.

Where does our data go with AI operations?

It stays where it is. We use the enterprise tiers of the model providers, on contractual no-training terms and EU hosting where offered, and connect them to your systems so that permissions are inherited rather than copied. A short list of what never leaves the company (payroll, customer PII beyond the workflow, unreleased financials) is written down in week one. We do not run a separate model or a second database of your data.

Do we depend on you after go-live?

No. We build it, hand it over running and document it, so your own team can operate and extend it without us. No open-ended retainers. We stay involved only if you want us to.

Will this replace our staff?

No. The point is to make your people faster, not fewer. Agents and automations take the repetitive work; your team keeps judgment, relationships and decisions, and signs off on anything that matters. We build on top of how your team already works, we do not swap it out.

How much of our time does it take?

Less than a normal project. A short kickoff and access, then a few review sessions while we build. We do the work; your team reviews and approves. Most engagements are weeks, not months, and you are running on it before the effort is felt.

Do I need to change my accountant?

No. We do no bookkeeping entries, tax filings or audit opinions. Numbers sits on top of your accounting; your accountant keeps the ledger and gets better data to work with.

Are you a licensed investment firm?

No. METCAP provides corporate finance advisory and AI operations only, and does not place, underwrite or distribute financial instruments, nor provide investment advice. Where a transaction requires regulated services, these are carried out by licensed institutions we work alongside.

Do you invest your own capital?

Yes, and it is a core advantage. METCAP manages its own balance sheet and, through its asset management and private equity / credit lines, can co-invest or fund a transaction directly, not only advise on it. Advisory and our own investing run as separate business lines; where they could overlap, we say so up front.

How are you paid?

AI operations, Numbers and Presentation are fixed fees, with scope and deliverables agreed before work starts. Capital is a success fee on the amount raised, no retainer. The first step, the audit meeting, is free.

How long does a process take?

AI operations, Numbers and Presentation are each a matter of weeks from kickoff, not months; Presentation is faster for Numbers clients because the data already exists. A raise runs per deal, and we arrive with verified numbers and a finished presentation while others are still requesting Excel exports.

Free first step

The audit meeting is free. No cost, no obligation, no retainer.

Proven, not theory

We already run this ourselves inside a regulated €100M+ fintech.

Your data stays yours

Enterprise terms, no training, EU hosting, nothing copied out.

No lock-in

Built on your team and tools, handed over running. No rip-and-replace.
