Full

METCAP is a Tallinn-based private investment holding company and sector-focused strategic investor in Baltic and European financial services. It invests its own permanent capital rather than running a fixed-term fund, taking active ownership positions across the capital structure in financial-sector companies, including ESTO, Mintos and INDEXO. As an active owner and adviser, METCAP works with management teams on strategy, capital structure and financing, and can provide capital itself, from follow-on equity to senior and junior debt. Beyond investing, it builds and backs new financial businesses, develops financial market infrastructure, and provides corporate finance and AI advisory internationally. METCAP's edge is experience, not capital: its team has built and run financial companies from the ground up. Around 470 people work across its portfolio companies.
