What to expect
Interview process
No panels, no take-home puzzles, no recruiters. Applications are read by the people you would work with, and the whole process takes about two weeks.

Apply
CV or a link to your work, and three lines on why. We reply to everyone within a week.

Conversation
Forty-five minutes with the founder on what you have built and what we are building. No recruiters; the people you would work with do the assessing.

Technical sessions
Sessions where we go deep into your technical work on a real problem from the platform. We want to understand how you approach complex, unfinished problems and think critically.
4
Offer
If you have shown the skills and the mindset we are looking for, we extend an offer to join METCAP. Usually within two weeks of the first conversation.
