Corporate Finance Associate

A client-facing role at the front of our corporate finance business. You win companies, own the relationship, and run mandates from first meeting to close. You work directly with the founder and senior team across AI operations, numbers, presentation and capital, and carry your own book. It will not be easy, but if you are hungry to learn and grow, this is the place, and we love growing with our people.
What you will do
- Originate: find and win growth companies that need AI operations, a modern finance function, or capital
- Own the relationship end to end: run the free audit, scope the work, and keep the client close through delivery
- Run capital mandates: prepare the company, take it to banks, funds and family offices, and drive terms to the close
- Work alongside the technical team installing AI operations, and package the numbers and materials investors underwrite from
- Build the playbook and, over time, the team, as the business scales
What we look for
- Super energetic, excited to learn, grow and work hard. Experience in banking, corporate finance or sales helps, but drive and hunger matter more
- You can open doors and close: comfortable owning a pipeline, running meetings, and asking for the mandate
- Strong on numbers and structure; you can read a model and a term sheet and know what matters
- Curious about AI as a builder, not a spectator; you want to sell and run AI-native finance, not just decks
- Want to own a book early, be judged on outcomes, and build in the AI and digital finance super cycle
